Safety in the manufacturing plant should be a priority and moving heavy loads by hand is highly discouraged. That's why we've designed a range of roll shifters that allow the operator to maneuver roll loads effortlessly and safely.
They are used to move both large and small discs across flat surfaces and place them on a shuttle carriage, eliminating any operator effort.
With a pressing force of up to 100 tons, this product line reduces operator risks according to technical standards ISO 11228 "Ergonomic manual handling".
The compact, practical and at the same time durable Renova roller enables agile handling of cylindrical loads, thus saving time for other activities, thereby increasing productivity in the plant. In addition, they are intuitive, easy to use and can be operated without a license and even in tight spaces where forklifts are not allowed.
 Every application is different, so our roll printing line can handle both fragile materials such as tissue paper and durable materials such as cables or metal wires while maintaining their quality and avoiding damage.
