piFLOW®p SMART - solution for automatic vacuum transport
piFLOW®p SMART is a self-contained system with machine learning software and sophisticated algorithms that trigger the application to achieve maximum capacity for the transported material. An air unit is integrated into the system to achieve maximum material capacity. If the vertical lift in the transport pipe is higher than 8 meters, Piab offers a pipe emptying unit to prevent the pipe from clogging. All vacuum transport functions are controlled by the ECU-15S electrical control unit and its software.
Offering six times faster changeovers, the Piab piFlow p Smart vacuum conveyor allows users to save time when switching from one material to another, increasing the productivity of their operations. A transformation that would take one hour in a conventional vacuum conveyor takes only 10 minutes in the new and unique vacuum conveyor.

The piFlow p Smart is a stand-alone system that has been designed to handle an endless variety of powders and granules. Strategically placed sensors help the conveyor's automatic tuning system control and fine-tune according to environmental conditions, such as temperature and humidity, which affect the properties of the material being conveyed. By automatically adjusting the carrier air, the vacuum conveyor eliminates the need for manual adjustment at the feeding point. The filling level is constantly monitored by two level sensors that protect the filter from damage.
The vacuum conveyor requires minimal maintenance.
