RINGFEDER® TNS SDD-5 coupling

The flexible coupling TNS SDD-5 is a torsionally flexible multilayer coupling with standard hubs and a removable intermediate part consisting of a flexible element.
It compensates for angular, radial and axial shaft deflections within specified limits.
The coupling transmits torque via flexible elements made of synthetic rubber (Pb) or polyurethane (Vk) and (VkR)
The two-pole construction of both hubs allows radial assembly and disassembly of the middle part - the flexible member.

• Elastomers available in different degrees of hardness
• Suitable for temperatures from -30 ° C to + 100 ° C
• Outer diameter up to 400 mm
• Holes up to max. 160 mm
• Torque up to TKn = 13,350 Nm / TKmax = 40,000 Nm
• Speeds up to nmax = 7,250 rpm
