Toothed couplings RINGFEDER -TSCHAN TNZ ZCA / TNZ ZCB (POSIFLEX)

The RINGFEDER TSCHAN TNZ ZCA / TNZ ZCB clutch is a torsionally rigid toothed clutch having a certain play and consisting of two halves of the clutch, which are connected by fixed screws.

It has two designs:

• TNZ ZCA: Dual wiring design with integrated O-ring
• TNZ ZCB: Dual wiring design with O-ring bracket for easy installation

Unlike the TNZ ZCA coupling, the TNZ ZCB is supplied with an O-ring screw carrier, which facilitates the assembly process.
To install the coupling, unscrew the cover and place it on the shaft.
Then fit the hub onto the shaft and slide the hub sleeve onto the hub and secure the O-ring to the bush.
This type of assembly is advantageous when engaging large couplings.

• Torques to TKn = 195 000 Nm / TKmax = 390 000 Nm
• Speeds to nmax = 6000 rpm

Balance:

For peripheral speeds up to 30 m / s, it is recommended to dynamically balance the coupling
 

Tolerances and standards:

•  The drilling tolerance is ISO H7 unless otherwise ordered.
• The stated bore diameters refer to grooves according to DIN 6885-1.
