Stainless steel submersible float switch - all safely supervised by elobau
Stainless steel input protection switch
The stainless steel float switch is a freely configurable universal solution for monitoring emptying and overflow in technological plants and tank applications.
Our immersion float switch 20991102 takes flexibility in level measurement to a new level. Its freely adjustable switching points allow for variable switching heights - which standard float switches cannot achieve thanks to the fixed riser. In addition, the immersion float switch uses robust PUR (polyurethane) cables. It allows easy installation even in hard-to-reach applications.
Float switches are particularly suitable for monitoring tank applications and for controlling empty and overflow flow in the technological process. In these applications, the level sensor is suspended from the tank from above and is completely immersed when the tank is full. You can see how it works in the video.

One size fits all
In accordance with this motto, developers and designers can customize the switching points using the length of the cable and the cable gland. Mounting modules made of PA6 (polyamide) are available in two sizes for cable glands. The G1 ″ thread set is suitable for applications with only one submersible float switch. The G2 ″ version allows the use of up to four immersion float switches. The number of immersion probes used determines the number of possible switching points. By simply turning the float, you can choose between a normally open and a normally closed contact.
