The BLS3000 Electronic Level Switch offers more advantages over regular float switches:
- The integrated scanning chain allows for almost continuous measurement of the level as well as the free setting of switching points.
Thanks to the digital pointer and analogue output, the user can quickly and easily get all the important information about their application. In addition, the BLS3000 space requirement with a 110 mm design and a 41 mm diameter is very small. Even a small hydraulic aggregate can be installed without problems.
Measuring lengths are available from 250 to 1000 mm at a resolution of 5mm. In addition to switching functions / max. 2 switch points, the switch also offers functionality as a transmitter with an analogue output in the format 4..20mA or 0 ... 10V, which the user knows choose.
Variety of process connections (G1 / 2 "AG, G3 / 4" AG, G1 "AG, ½" NPT AG, 3/4 "NPT AG, 1 NPT AG, 11/4" NPT AG and M20 x 1.5 mm AG) offer a very wide range of applications. Especially for monitoring the level of hydraulic oils and cooling water this switch is very suitable.
As well as the well-known BPS3000 pressure switches and the BTS3000 temperature switches, BLS cULus is certified and meets IP65 / IP67 protection classes.
The large four-segment 14-segment LED display is new not only because of its aesthetically concealed design, but also for its functionality.
Good legibility is also guaranteed when installing the head with software features. Menu navigation strictly complies with the standard defined by VDMA and is already widely used in engineering and manufacturing. (Einheitsblatt VDMA 24574-2).
