That's why Vulkoprin has developed a range of high-quality polyurethanes, including its flagship product Vulkollan®. In recent decades, Vulkollan® has become a recognized reference material for high-performance wheels and castors.

No other type of PU has so far been able to provide the same excellent combination of properties over a wide range of temperatures. "Using Printhane ™ polyurethanes, Vulkoprin managed to highlight certain properties for specific applications, e.g. Printhane-X, which was developed specifically with fast roller coasters in mind, or Printhane GRIP for more grip in propulsion applications,” said Bert Maes.

Forklift wheels with a steel or cast iron center and an elastic, rigidly bonded Vulkollan® 92° Shore A tire for all current makes of forklift.

Pressure belt wheels

POB wheels with a cylindrical steel rim and a tightly connected tire made of high-quality polyurethane, the so-called Vulkollan. These premium hard synthetic rubber castor belts are extremely wear resistant and have very low rolling resistance.

Wheels of pallet trucks

Pallet rollers and steering wheels are available in Vulkollan ® , nylon and rubber. For fast forklift applications we recommend our high quality Printhane-X 95° Shore A polyurethane.

Polyamide PA6: High resistance to wear, impact and impact on sliding / roller or precision ball bearings. Cast Polyamide Printalon G: Extremely shock and impact resistant with an ultra-high load capacity of up to 10,000 kg on precision ball bearings.
