THOMSON's new motorized slide screws combine a hybrid stepper motor and precision slide screw. This eliminates the need for an external coupling thanks to the patented Taper-Lock solution for quick clamping and centering. This combination offers several advantages over the traditional solution, with smaller overall dimensions, quieter operation and higher efficiency.

Actuator (MLA)
MLAs are a fully integrated solution where the movement is taken care of for you - simply specify the stroke length, linear stroke per step or revolution and level of accuracy to select the appropriate model.
Rotating Screw (MLS)
MLS assemblies are actuated by a stepper motor turning a lead screw and transmitting a load that is attached to a lead nut.
Rotating Nut (MLN)
MLN assemblies are activated by turning a nut in the stepper motor body. Motion is achieved by limiting the motor and carrying a load attached to the lead screw or limiting the lead screw and carrying a load attached to the stepper motor.
