Nano + Electromechanical rotary actuator from ARIS

Flexible, universal, encapsulated in a metal body with a wide range of accessories and with classic technology up to 500 Nm. Nano + offers classic drive technology in a modern design. The conventional drive system, consisting of a motor-gearbox combination and the shut-off system consisting of cam and microswitch switching, is still in force. For this reason, in 2014, the Nano + series was completely redesigned based on the Nano model, as conventional drive technology does not necessarily equal the "old technology". All conceivable options have been taken into account in the new design and have been designed so that they are always firmly in place and offer optimum operational safety thanks to optimal coverage of all live parts. The height-adjustable aluminum powder-coated hood in combination with the powder-coated base cover also ensures trouble-free use even in the harshest industrial environments. In addition, fixed cams ensure safe shut-off in the set position even in the event of strong vibrations. The height-adjustable metal hood allows a number of variants from multi-speed applications to fast response times with high torque and a fail-safe function for the DC variant. Test institutes have confirmed their suitability for electronic circuits in accordance with DIN EN 12067-2 and / or in potentially explosive areas of zone 2 or 22. The Allrounder Nano + is available in voltages of 230 V, 115 V, 24 V AC or 24 V DC and offers almost unlimited use in all industrial applications.
