Bansbach easylift: Dynamic groove - Damping independently of the position
Individual damping, optimum speeds - no problems with the dynamic groove in the cylinder body
With the groove, it is possible to set different gas spring crash rates according to individual requirements. Damping is not ensured with a nozzle, as with standard types, but with a groove in the body of the spring cylinder. According to the requirements for a specific application, it is possible to choose the ideal intensity and damping characteristics.
Advantages:
- Damping guaranteed at the end of the springs in each position of the gas spring (horizontal or piston up).
- Controlled damping independent of the position of the gas spring.
- Possible individual damping characteristics throughout the stroke.
A dynamic groove is available for 15, 19 and 22 mm roller diameters.
In order to properly configure the groove (according to the specific application requirements), more detailed information is needed ...
