TIGON SERIES OF SPRING BALANCERS by Nitto Kohki.

Typically used on an assembly line, a spring balancer suspends heavy tools by tensioning a cable. This makes the tool feel essentially weightless and lighter and easier to control by extending or retracting the support cable to follow its movement.

The conical rope drum stabilizes the rope and the pulling force of the balancer. This allows the user to position and control the tool in an easier way and improves its ergonomics. Using a tool balancer can easily prevent long-term injuries on the assembly line when operating tools in repetitive motion.
