A versatile moment-absorbing manipulator

This manipulator is incredibly versatile and is suitable for many types of handling solutions. Electric Mechlift is ergonomically designed with moment-absorption and a step-less frequency-controlled lifting speed by means of a joystick, for loads up to 650 kg. The lifter can be equipped with standard or custom-made gripper tools and with Powerdrive for precision-controlled sideway motions.

Mechlift is designed by telescoping aluminium profiles which are anodized and completely maintenance-free. The motor and gear are well-protected and mounted in the upper part of the outer profile. The protected lifting chain is accessible for easy inspection. Mechlift can be delivered in many different designs; with various suspensions, dimensions and control units.
Typical applications for electric Mechlift are for example handling of cable rolls, carpet rolls, tanks, doors, windows, and various vehicle parts such as engines, gearboxes, shafts, and many more. It can also be used in holding assembly tools, such as large-format screwdrivers.

Pneumatic Mechlift is incredibly versatile and suitable for many types of handling solutions. It is ergonomically designed with moment-absorption and pneumatically driven for loads up to 100 kg. Pneumatic Mechlift is delivered outbalanced for a range of various loads, or with balancing function for one or more permanent loads. The lifter can be equipped with standard or custom-made gripper tools, and with Powerdrive for precision-controlled sideway motions.

Mechlight

Versatile lightweight lifter

Mechlight is a versatile lightweight lifter for loads up to 50 kg. The lifter has a stroke of up to 1.2 meters and is mounted in a rail system or in a wall or pillar mounted jib crane. It is outbalanced and controlled with pilot control, direct drive, or by selection of 1, 2, or 3 permanent loads.

Mechlight is combined with a gripper tool, often a mechanical or pneumatic tool, and it is used for example for handling details in the manufacturing industry, light vehicle parts, mechanical assembly, pallet loading or handling to or from feeder bands or roller conveyors, and much more.
