Rolled Miniature Ball Screws
Miniature rolled ball screws represent an efficient and cost-effective solution in a small version. The ball screw assembly has a diameter of 4 to 14 mm and a climb accuracy of 52 microns / 300 mm. Compact ball nuts are available from a 11 mm diameter body and a total length of 17 mm. Miniature rolled ball screws are ideal for laboratory, semiconductor and medical applications.
Rolled FINELINE ball screws
FINELINE rolled ball screws are designed and manufactured to ensure a high level of performance at an affordable price. Ball screws are manufactured using patented German Thomson (PSF) precision screwdriving technology that allows high precision (standard 23 microns / 300 mm) using the production efficiency of rolling processes. Ball screws are manufactured with one of the two ball return systems (push and stop) made of reinforced steel, making them extremely durable and therefore ideal for high-speed, high-load or high-temperature applications. Each nut is supplied with an integral plastic cap for protection against splinters or other fragments. FINELINE rolled ball screws are ideal for machining centers, factory automation, packaging and injection applications.
Thomson NEFF rolled ball screws
Neff rolled Neck ball screws are available in a wide variety of diameters, thread heights and mattress designs - all designed to ensure quiet and smooth running and efficient performance. The standard NEFF ball screws are rolled up to 50 microns / 300 mm in accuracy, as they are commonly available with greater precision. Ball bearings include one of three unique ball return systems (depending on the diameter and pitch of the screw used), providing perfect guidance, low wear and smooth running. Ball bearings are standardly supplied with profiled rubber caps that contain lubricant and assist in the repelling of fine pollutants (dust, fire dust, etc.). NEFF roller bolts are ideal for working with wood, water jet cutting, electronic installations and medical applications.
Precision Grinding Ball Screws Plus
Precision Brushed Ball Screw Assemblies Plus are our most accurate products with standard precision values of 12 micron / 300 mm threading. These ball screw assemblies include our FL spherical round nut with accurate preloading according to customer specifications. This unique matrix design allows for high repeatability and high stiffness for the most demanding ball screw applications. Each nut is supplied with an integral plastic cap as standard to protect against splinters and other fragments. Precision Brushed Ball Screws Plus are ideal for applications requiring high repeatability and high stiffness (eg High-precision machine tools).
