Built-in valves for industrial use
The built-in ARGO-HYTOS hydraulic valves offer a rich selection of features, especially for mobile applications. Typical functions include flow direction control and hydraulic pressure control. The most common applications are control blocks for braking circuits, vibration, gearbox and clutch control, handling technology, excavator, digger, hydro-pneumatic damping etc. In addition to technical specifications, other aspects such as safety, high operator comfort and all while reducing TCO - total cost of ownership are important for ARGO-HYTOS. This means that designing a hydraulic circuit or individual valves requires a high application experience. The service life of the valves is extended thanks to the surface protection guaranteeing 520 hours. In mist fog according to ISO 9224 already standard. The robust construction guarantees a life of 10 mil. Including seals used. Resistance to high oil and ambient temperatures is the ARGO-HYTOS standard.
The SR4E-B2 / H Multipurpose Shut-off Valve is designed for demanding customers who require comfortable functionality while reducing the build-in space and reducing the cost.
Built-in sliding switchboards
These valves are designed to control the hydraulic oil flow direction. The connection dimensions are in the 3 / 4-16 UNF and 7 / 8-14 UNF versions. For connection size 3 / 4-16 UNF the flow rate is limited to 30 l / min, for flow rate 7 / 8-14 UNF the flow rate is limited to 60 l / min. For both sizes, the operating pressure is up to 350 bar. There are two power options available so that the customer can choose a cabinet with the required hydraulic power for the application you want and hence not pay more than necessary. The "High performance" version is for valves up to 350 bar and "Lightline" for valves up to 250 bar.
Built-in saddle cabinets
Saddle distributors are available at 75 l / min and 420 bar at all connections. Precision machined parts eliminate valve leaks to three drops / min. The comprehensive product range includes various switchgear designs such as normally open and normally closed, directly and indirectly controlled as well as a wide selection of coils and connectors. The standard surface protection of the valve and the solenoid is a ZnCr3 coating providing 240 hours of mist resistance according to DIN 9227, but it is also possible to protect the surface for 520 hours. Very favorable ratio - Pressure loss / Hydraulic transmission / leakage makes the built-in Argo-Hytos seat valves outstanding. In the event of a hydraulic system failure, functionality is ensured by various types of manual emergency operation.
Benefits
- Favorable price / quality ratio
- Low pressure losses
- No leakage
- High hydraulic performance
Pressure relief valve with integrated relief valve function controlled by SR4E-B2 / H solenoid
Characteristic
Combines the function of an indirectly controlled pressure relief valve and a normally open, electromagnetically operated relief valve.
- Designed for more cost-effective and technically more compact mounting, usually for the hydraulic motor control circuit.
- Remote switching between minimum and maximum operating pressure by electromagnet.
- Outstanding stability across the full flow range with quick response to dynamic pressure changes.
- Low hysteresis, precise pressure control and low pressure loss achieved by optimizing CFD valve parameters.
- Large pressure range up to 350 bar.
- Large volumetric flow rate up to 60 l / min.
- Fuseability of coils with different supply voltages.
This 7 / 8-14 UNF valve combines the function of the indirectly controlled pressure relief valve and the relief valve. When the solenoid is switched off, the valve maintains a minimum set pressure in the circuit and fulfills the function of the relief valve. After switching on the solenoid, the valve maintains a maximum operating pressure in the circuit and fulfills the function of an indirectly controlled pressure relief valve. The solenoid is used for remote switching of functions, the minimum and maximum pressure values must be mechanically adjusted by means of the valve controls.
"Tilting Case"
The built-in ARGO-HYTOS valves enable tilting the housing against the control system. This makes it possible to compensate for the manufacturing inaccuracy of the valve chamber. Another advantage is the possibility of compensating deformation due to a large torque during assembly. This positioning always assures the correct position of the valve in the chamber and will not cause the slider to crash. Due to the precision CNC machining of the valve case, low leakage is achieved, which is comparable to that of the valve seats available on the market. The machining of the case is done on CNC lathes enabling statistical process control - SPC. The casing is then heat treated and machined on a CNC rotary grinder and honing machine. Both grinding and honing are done on machines with automatic feedback. Another important part of the valve is a polyurethane seal, which ensures easy assembly thanks to its twist resistance and long service life.
