Hydraulic cylinders

HC2 are double-acting hydraulic cylinders according to ISO 6020-2 and DIN 24554. HC2K is designed for explosive atmospheres in accordance with ATEX 2014/34 / EU. HC2 offers a compact design with square flanges. High quality materials and seals are used, making these cylinders highly reliable and therefore suitable for all types of industrial applications. The rollers are available with 14 different mounting designs and a wide range of accessories is also available.

These hydraulic cylinders are available as standard with a piston diameter from 25 to 200 mm with a stroke of up to 6000 mm.

They are produced in various designs:

• the end of the piston rod
• cylinder clamps
• the piston rod can be led out on both sides
• with damping
• with different types of seals
• end position indication
• ATEX 2014/34 / UE certified for installation in explosive atmospheres

The operating pressure of these cylinders is up to 160 bar.

Duplomatic offers double-acting hydraulic cylinders HC3, which are manufactured in accordance with ISO 6022 and DIN 24333 (so-called ISO cylinders). These hydraulic cylinders are available as standard with a piston diameter from 50 to 400 mm with a stroke of up to 5000 mm.

They are produced in various designs:

• the end of the piston rod
• cylinder clamping
• the piston rod can be led out on both sides
• with damping
• with different types of seals
• with double piston rod seal
• end position indication
• ATEX 2014/34 / UE certified for installation in explosive atmospheres

The operating pressure of these cylinders is up to 250 bar.
