Built-in (cartridge) pressure boosters allow up to 30% reduction in the dimensions of the hydraulic cylinders when the same work force is achieved - no special high-pressure hoses, pipes or joints are required. The built-in design allows very high pressure to be achieved only inside the hydraulic cylinder.
Reduce weight and increase speed
Increase lift speed up to 3 times, reducing weight by up to 50%. The reduced oil volume in the cylinder increases the speed at the same flow rate.
Cost reduction
Green series: increase pressure from 150 to 400 bar
Red Board: Increase pressure from 300 to 700 bar.
The significant reduction in the dimensions of the hydraulic cylinders allows for a significant reduction in procurement costs - the larger the hydraulic cylinder, the higher the cost savings.
The PistonPower Pressure Amplifier is equipped with a load-retaining valve (hydraulic lock) and a braking function set directly for the application - reducing the number of possible hydraulic fluid leaks and increasing overall savings.
